Plug and Play Japan held 2 days EXPO (Demo Day) for their Batch 2 accelerator program on March 6th and 7th. 53 international and domestic selected startups pitched and 1,533 visitors attended the event. 16 awards were given to startups and corporate partners. Plug and Play Japan is accepting applications from startups who are interested in joining our next program starting from June. Plug and Play Japan held Batch 1 EXPO（Demo Day）on September 5th and 6th. We marked 1,251 participants for 2 days which turned to be one of the biggest event held by Plug and Play. We selected 53 startups for Batch 1 program in Mobility, IoT, Insurtech, Fintech. 54 events were held and we marked 6,840 participants throughout the program. 208 pithes have been done by startups and 68 PoC are realized through 3month program. 74 startups from 13 countries were selected for Batch 0 and Batch 1. 4 programs (Mobility, IoT, Insurtech, Fintech) were carried out together with 14 partners. +100 events were carried out since the establishment of Plug and Play Japan and we marked +5,000 participants. www.pnptc.com/Japan/
